Defending chalk art champ Jessica Kostka knew retaining her title was
going to take something special Saturday night in the sixth annual
Auburn Family Night Out, an event intended to take families to many new
places - together.
It's supposed to be Lake Tahoe," the 9-year-old homeschooled Auburn
artist mused at she surveyed her Chalk-a-lot art contest creation in the
Union Bank of California parking lot. "But I added a waterfall."
